Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in expanding the company’s customer base, by understanding the needs of customers and providing them with the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales in the company’s CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections with professionalism and provide alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve overall team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • An Intermediate degree – Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
