Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in expanding the company’s customer base, by understanding the needs of customers and providing them with the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales in the company’s CRM system.
- Handle customer objections with professionalism and provide alternative solutions when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- An Intermediate degree – Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
